People Advisor, Bilingual

Trimac is seeking a People Advisor, Bilingual to join their team. The role is responsible for delivering practical People & Culture guidance, ensuring compliance with employment law, and driving people-centric initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong business interest, combined with a wide variety of People & Culture experience & education to achieve Trimac results.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or another related field
• Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written
• 2 to 3 years of previous experience in a Human Resources role
• Experience working in a unionized environment
• Knowledge in all relevant employment laws, including US and Canadian Federal, state and provincial regulations
