Requirements
- Managing a portfolio of high-value, strategically significant accounts
- Establishing and nurturing multi-level relationships within client organizations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Pricing, Customer Experience, and Safety teams
- Driving the development and execution of strategic account plans
- Leading executive-level business reviews, performance reporting, and contract renewal discussions
- Executing complex enterprise sales strategies
- Monitoring Client Health metrics and partnering with the Director of Key Clients
- Negotiating high-impact contract renewals, pricing structures, and service level agreements
