Job Description
TriHealth Physician Practices is seeking a certified Medical Assistant-Certified (MA) to provide direct patient care, coordinate care, and facilitate communication with providers and patients. The position involves clinical liaison work, EMR management, and participation in process improvements. The MA will be a key member of the clinical team and committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program in Healthcare; Healthcare clinical experience preferred
- Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Must be certified or registered medical assistant
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with AMT, NCCT, or NHA, or certified Medical Assistant (CAN) by AAMA, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
