Requirements
- Degree in Business Engineering, Production Technology, Logistics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in production and/or logistics, preferably in an industrial environment
- Experience in process optimization and Lean methods
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
