Job Description
TruWest Holdings is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide excellent customer service and maintain equipment in the southeast area of Michigan. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and open to new challenges, with strong written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
- Installing or upgrading thermal, line and laser printer and related equipment
- Performing emergency and routine maintenance on equipment
- Testing equipment to troubleshoot the issues
- Documenting installation and repairs
- Maintaining all tools and equipment used during service calls
- Training customers how to use the equipment properly
- Managing the stock of replacement parts and equipment
