We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Team Lead to oversee the operational side of the sales cycle, and manage global company-wide purchasing.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee the entire operational side of the sales process, from proposal creation to delivery completion.
- Work with other departments to build, maintain and facilitate product price calculators, product costs and delivery costs.
- Manage, maintain and decline processes in the company CRM
- Initiate, coordinate, and monitor the sales-to-delivery workflow to ensure no delays and smooth communication across all involved departments.
- Review and approve proposals and project plans before they are escalated to Finance and the Sales Manager.
- Support the Sales team by translating customer needs into accurate and competitive price quotes.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to build and finalize customer agreements.
- Ensure proposals are always updated with new product features, changes, and lessons learned from previous deals.
- Manage purchase-related needs within the sales-to-delivery cycle as defined in the purchasing process.
- Lead and Manage tender related processes in order to stand up to time and quality of tenders.
- Work with finance teams to compile company forecast and revenue recognition from CRM to finance teams
