(Sr.) AI Engineer

Join Trend Micro as a Sr. AI Engineer and lead the transformation of our engineering group into an AI-native development organization. You'll research cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies, build AI infrastructure, and enable teams to leverage AI-powered development workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
• Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (Golang, Java, C/C++, or C#)
• Practical experience with AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Codex or similar)
• Experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems
• Strong expertise in prompt and context engineering to optimize LLM performance
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions)
