Job Description
Tremendous is a profitable and growing company that is building a strong, design-led brand. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will lead the visual design execution for the marketing website and web design system, and work closely with cross-functional partners to maintain alignment with the broader brand and product design systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience building visual brand at tech companies
- A strong portfolio showcasing website and digital-first design work
- Deep expertise in typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition for the web
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component systems and design libraries
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
- Strong critical thinking and visual storytelling skills
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners
- Strong written communication skills in a documentation-first environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Illustration skills (vector, UI illustration)
- Motion design skills are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is not required if experience and portfolio demonstrate strong craft
