Job Description
Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair process and facility equipment. The role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical systems, mechanical systems, and HVAC systems, as well as assisting with facilities and process maintenance. This position supports LEAN initiatives and works with maintenance supervisors and facilities managers to ensure smooth facility operations.
Requirements
- Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules)
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives
- Implement preventative measures, including optimizing PM programs
- Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility electrical systems
- Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility mechanical systems
- Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor to arrange and coordinate tasks
