Job Description
As a Production Manager, you will lead a team of supervisors, operators, and workers to ensure smooth production operations and maintain high safety and quality standards at the Faison, NC plant, a manufacturer of quality pickles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment
- Three years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
