Mixer

The Mixer role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Production Operations team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant. The role involves running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner, performing facility/work area housekeeping duties, and following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
