Customer Success Manager

Trayd is building the operating system for commercial construction, and we are hiring a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with customers after they launch on Trayd. The role involves building strong relationships, ensuring customers are successful, and proactively identifying risks.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, operations, or similar roles, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
• Experience with payroll, financial software, ERP, or compliance-heavy systems is a plus
• Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus
• Exposure to SQL, analytics, or technical troubleshooting is a plus
