Job Description
As Head of Marketing at trawa, you will play a key role in expanding brand awareness and B2B marketing activities, targeting medium-sized companies with high energy needs. You'll directly work with the management board and take ownership of marketing activities, designing a brand to change the energy market and decarbonize industries. You will lead and develop the marketing team, craft a B2B content and performance marketing strategy, manage brand communication across channels, and collaborate with sales, product, and management.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on the German medium-sized sector.
- Sound leadership experience, ideally in growing teams.
- Experience in content and performance marketing, PR & brand communication in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to creatively stage brands and convey strategic content.
- Strong strategic thinking and a willingness to take ownership.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in German and English.
