Lead a team of social media marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in social media and content marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in driving organic growth through creative and data-informed content strategies
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing and offline channels
- Skilled in interpreting and analyzing data to effectively communicate performance insights and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Experience managing content in markets at varying levels of maturity
- Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring and leading a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
