Requirements
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound WhatsApp/phone enquiries to promote and sell travel packages
- Handle English & Mandarin-speaking clients and provide clear, confident responses to enquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering compelling travel solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Deliver expert, personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track and achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales KPIs.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotions to present accurate and timely information.
- Address customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews.
