Waiter (JPN)

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Waiter to join its team in Shigakogen, Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high satisfaction of dining experience, coordinating food delivery, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining and bar area.

Requirements

• Greet all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner
• Coordinate set up of dining areas as per reservations received
• Coordinate food delivery, bussing, and services at the dining room
• Solicit and upsell beverage at the dining room and the bar
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and bar area
• Report to Manager for faulty operating equipment
• Report all Guest complaints to Manager
