Technical Product Manager,GenAI/ML

Join the Technical Product Management team at TransUnion to work on pioneering AI-driven products, intelligent workflows, and next-generation decisioning systems. You'll define and maintain the roadmap for GenAI-driven platform features, partner with AI/ML engineers, and deliver customer-centric capabilities.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of GenAI/ML principles
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock)
• Hands-on experience with LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
• Exposure to evaluation and observability frameworks for AI
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• 5–8 years of product management experience
• Collaborative mindset and passion for productionizing, innovating & improving AI products
