Translation Empire is seeking a Bid Writer to craft compelling bid responses and proposals to secure new business opportunities. The role involves managing the entire bid cycle from drafting to submission, working with various internal teams, and ensuring compliance with tender specifications.

Requirements

• Manage the complete bid cycle from drafting to proofreading, formatting, submission, and follow-ups.
• Identify and monitor tender opportunities through portals and procurement websites.
• Prepare high-quality, tailored bids and proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
• Track bid outcomes and maintain a knowledge base of successful submissions.
• Respond to client queries and follow up on submitted proposals.
• Analyze feedback from previous bids to improve future submissions.
