We are looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value, multinational clients. You'll act as a strategic partner, driving client success through consultative account growth, executive engagement, and innovative localization and AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management, enterprise relationship management, or customer success.
- 3+ years of experience in the localization, translation, or language services industry.
- Proven success managing complex, multinational accounts and growing enterprise revenue portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, value-based approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with localization platforms, AI-assisted translation tools, or enterprise TMS solutions.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, finance, legal).
- Fluent in English; Italian fluency is an advantage.
