Job Description
Transferz is hiring a Regional Lead to join their Supply team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of hubs, leading a team of 2-3 direct reports, and improving their region's performance.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, ideally in a fast-moving environment
- Able to prioritize workload as needed
- Strong with data, structured in your thinking, quick to spot patterns and opportunities
- Not afraid to challenge suppliers, or your own team, when needed
