Job Description
Transdev is seeking a L3 Training Specialist to deliver hands-on coaching to trainees, developing skills in soft and technical areas. The role involves maintaining a strong safety culture, understanding the technology, and ensuring trainees are equipped to apply what they’ve learned. This position focuses on facilitating training sessions and maintaining a high standard of safety in all situations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience driving on public roads
- High School Diploma or GED
- Four-year college degree (preferred)
- Minimum 3 months operating and testing autonomous vehicle
- Proficiency with a laptop computer and GSuite
- Proficiency with a touchscreen smartphone
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to respond quickly
- Adaptability to new technology
- Self-motivation
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs
