Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or operational roles in tech companies
• Exceptional writing and presenting skills, with experience giving board-level presentations
• Ability to work with engineering teams and technical decision-making
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
• Able to operate as an extension of the CEO with real authority
• Low ego and high ownership mentality
