• 10+ years of experience in Product Development
• Experience as Director of Product Development
• Experience in the apparel industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch
• Experience with fittings conduction and cost negotiations
• Retail and Beauty industry experience
• Experience in intimates OR seamless construction
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management
• Understanding the plus size market, womens fitting and being passionate in making women feel confident
