Trading Operations Analyst - Taxes

We are looking for a Trading Operations Analyst - Taxes to help us build and maintain Taxation Operations processes, ensuring the operations around trading and taxation are run effectively and efficiently, and providing a seamless customer experience to users.

Requirements

• Execute and monitor essential daily and event-driven operational processes related to trading taxation operations
• Issue and review reports sent to authorities, ensuring the integrity of information displayed
• Collaborate with the Product and the Customer Service teams to improve features in the app
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures SOPs and control frameworks
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for complex operational and tax calculation queries escalated by frontline teams
• Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly
• Contribute to business development projects under the guidance of senior team members
