Job Description
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, employees and external partners.
Requirements
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared accordingly
- Handle visitor registration and comply with security and access procedures
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth front-office operations
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Ensure the reception area is orderly and reflects the bank’s professional image
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality, data protection, and compliance requirements
