Customer Service Agent- Seasonal

Tradewind Aviation is seeking a seasonal Customer Service Agent to provide high-level customer service to passengers and internal customers in San Juan, PR. The ideal candidate will be flexible with work schedule and able to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High School Graduate required
• 1 + years’ work experience in customer service agent capacity
• Able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish
• Able to work routable shifts, schedules and able to work during weekends and holidays
• Able to successfully complete a background investigation
• Be a US citizen or with legal permission to reside and work in the US or its territories
• Must have a valid In-State Driver’s License
• Able to proficiently use a computer
• Self-motivated and a team player
