Job Description
Trademark Property Company is seeking a Shift Manager at the Galleria Dallas Ice Skating Center. This role involves overseeing daily public sessions, ensuring staff safety and smooth operation, maintaining facility equipment, and managing the financial side of the operation. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused leader capable of maintaining a calm and composed demeanor during emergencies.
Requirements
- Oversee and support cashiers, clerks, and skate monitors.
- Direct and organize evacuation and shutdown procedures.
- Operate ice-making equipment, the skate sharpener, and the POS cash register.
- Supervise daily closeouts and maintain financial records.
- Promote skating center offerings.
