Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AR/AP) Manager

Trademark Property Company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee all functions within the company. This role focuses on managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records in a commercial real estate setting. The manager will collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to maintain accurate billing and compliance.

Requirements

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment approvals, check runs, and vendor reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities such as invoicing tenants/customers, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the accounting system.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency in AP/AR workflows.
• Supervise junior accounting staff as needed.
