Mechanical Team Lead

As a Mechanical Team Lead at Tradebe, you will be responsible for supervising site Mechanical Technicians and contractual staff to achieve an efficient maintenance function while adhering to relevant legislation. You will provide mechanical support to Ops & Engineering teams, ensuring work is completed in accordance with documented work requirements and maintaining performance in Safety, Quality, and Environment.

Requirements

• NVQ Level III or HNC in Engineering maintenance or Recognised technicians’ apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of various pump systems
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to mechanical maintenance
