Job Description
Trackier is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
- 6 months – 1 year of full-time experience working in an HR role
- Strong understanding of HR functions such as Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Training & Development, and basic Admin tasks
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, Zoho, or other HR technology/software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
