Job Description
TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead design initiatives and strategy for its digital products, develop UX approaches aligned with business goals, and contribute to user research efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
- Experience leading user research initiatives and implementing insights into product strategy
- Excellence in communication and presentation skills, particularly with executive stakeholders
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, design leadership, and problem-solving abilities
