TP-Link Systems Inc. is a leading global provider of networking devices and smart home products. As a Senior Wireless Systems Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating wireless chipsets and optimizing our advanced mesh and IoT networking solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in wireless driver development, specifically in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Thread technologies.
- Hands-on experience with the integration of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Thread technologies, such as integrating Wi-Fi 6/Wi-Fi7 and Bluetooth 5.0 into consumer devices.
- Proficiency in C or C++ programming.
- Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols, including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax.
- Knowledge of advanced wireless communication protocols, such as 802.11ax/be for improved network efficiency, 802.11ad/ay for high-speed wireless communication, and Bluetooth/BLE for low-energy applications.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting driver issues related to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Thread, such as resolving connectivity issues and optimizing performance in real-time applications.
- Experience with the development and optimization of Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 chipsets.
- Proficient in using network testing and analysis tools, such as Wireshark for packet analysis, iPerf for measuring network performance, Tcpdump for capturing and analyzing network traffic, and NetSpot for Wi-Fi site surveys and diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of wireless roaming and mesh technologies, including 802.11k/v/r for seamless handoff, 802.11s or Easymesh for mesh networking
