Job Description
Temecula Valley Toyota is seeking a Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service, diagnose vehicle problems, and schedule repairs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a strong communicator, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. They will serve as the primary point of contact for automotive service and repair matters, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Service Advisor experience necessary.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs (ADP/CDK).
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual skills (preferred) with WAZ (Welding Authorization)
