Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor

The company is seeking a Contractive Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance on a warehouse, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and safe work conditions. This role involves supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating repairs and inspections, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The supervisor will report directly to the Team Manager.

Requirements

• Supervise corective maintenance on approach, standards & efficient execution of repair.
• Supervise and request development by contractor for maintenance technicians.
• Create clear reports that further can be used for analysis & detection of R/C of outages.
• Conduct inspections during operations on procedures & applications by maintenance members (behavioural checks) and supervise application of legal required processes.
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
