Paint PE Planning & Simultaneous Engineering specialist

Lead the planning, design, and industrialization of paint shop processes for new vehicle projects at Toyota Motor Europe. Translate vehicle design and customer expectations into efficient, safe, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Requirements

• Engineering background, ideally with experience of vehicle manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of Paint shop manufacturing, processes and equipment is an asset
• Experience in Simultaneous Engineering (SE) or in Design for Manufacturing
• Can use CATIA (V5) and AutoCad
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong communication skills at both working level and for presentation to management
• Willingness to work hands on
• Willingness to travel / work overseas to ensure project success within our European operations
• Fluent in English (working language). Knowledge of Japanese is an asset
