Requirements
- Originating Mortgage loans in compliance with company and regulatory policy
- Interviewing, pre-qualifying, and pre-approving applicants
- Completing applications and gathering supporting documentation
- Maintaining existing and generating new sources of referral business
- Managing pipeline of loans to verify accuracy of current loan status
- Mentoring other Loan Officers
- Participating in industry events and providing ongoing training for real estate agents
