Inclusion Support Worker 2 (Break Staff, Part Time) - Summer Camps 2026

Get paid to play and create memorable experiences for children in our community! Assist with supporting and integrating campers with disabilities into our Summer Camp programs, and lead activities within adapted camp programs.

Requirements

• Completed post-secondary education in Recreation Therapy, Educational Support/Assistant, Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a children’s camp environment
• Minimum three (3) years of experience working with persons with disabilities
• Ability to work a minimum of 6 weeks during July & August up to 24 hours per week, to a maximum of 40 hours where required
• Attendance at all paid, mandatory trainings that occur during evenings and weekends throughout May and June is mandatory and a condition of employment
• Participation in all scheduled, paid training sessions — held during evenings and weekends in May and June — is mandatory and a condition of employment
