Facility Booking Representative (Part-time)

The Facility Booking Representative provides support services to internal and external customers of the Corporation of various recreational facilities. Responsibilities include facility bookings, cash handling, customer service, and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Ontario Secondary School diploma
• Post-secondary school diploma and/or Office Administration Certificate is considered an asset
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience
• Experience processing facility bookings is preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with strong problem-solving skills with mature judgment
• The ability to multi-task under pressure, deal with interruptions and work effectively with the public
• Proficient in Windows based software including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred
• Knowledge of Recreational Management Software System is preferred
• Knowledge of municipal facilities is considered an asset
• Standard First Aid/CPR Certification is considered an asset
