Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or multimedia content creation
• Appropriate driver’s license in North Carolina
• Possession or ability to obtain Incident Command Basic PIO FEMA certification within 12 months of hire
• Thorough knowledge of modern communications principles and digital media strategy
• Strong understanding of website management and accessibility compliance
