Job Description
Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm seeking a Quantitative Developer to join their Core Engineering team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance services in Rust and Python for data ingestion, ML pipelines, and post-trade analytics. The team collaborates with research and traders to scale up their Mid-Frequency Trading capabilities.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance services in Rust and Python for market-data ingestion, ML pipelines, and post-trade analytics.
- Translate research prototypes into production-ready code, adding testing, monitoring, and CI/CD automation.
- Optimize existing code for throughput, memory footprint, and reliability on distributed systems.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers to iterate on data pipelines, simulation frameworks, and performance diagnostics.
