The Physician Assistant Studies Adjunct Faculty member is responsible for teaching and evaluation of the program's academic and clinical components, with a focus on providing student instruction, developing and evaluating student performance, and participating in faculty-directed activities.
Requirements
- Masters prepared PA-C or MD/DO
- Current PA national certification and eligibility for licensure in NV
- Current MD/DO board certification and eligibility for licensure in NV
- Three years of clinical experience and previous education experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including grammar and formal speech
- Established leadership and supervisory skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Flexible, resilient, and uplifting demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and situational awareness
- Able to exercise sound judgment
- Able to serve and advocate for diverse populations
