Delivery Lead (Tech Consultancy Startup)

We’re seeking a Delivery Lead who can bridge delivery management with technical product development.

Requirements

• Represent Toucanberry Tech as the lead delivery contact, building trust with client stakeholders and ensuring alignment on priorities.
• Own initiative-level roadmaps and backlog management, translating business needs into structured delivery plans.
• Oversee cross-squad delivery operations, including sprint planning, demos, reporting, and quarterly showcases.
• Manage resourcing across squads to optimise utilisation and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure service desk tickets and urgent issues are prioritised appropriately and escalated when required.
• Maintain Toucanberry-wide documentation and processes, ensuring they are current, accessible, and client-ready.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through internal syncs, retrospectives, and learning forums.
• Provide oversight and guidance to Product Owners and Tech Leads, ensuring delivery remains aligned to business and technical objectives.
