Job Description
Our client is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to lead and internalize accounting and financial operations in Romania and other European locations. The role involves end-to-end accounting activities, tax compliance, financial reporting, and strategic support to management. The manager will be responsible for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related economic discipline
- At least 7–10 years of relevant experience, including hands-on accounting and tax responsibilities
- Licensed Chartered Accountant (CECCAR) - authorized to submit statutory declarations and financial reports
- Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written)
