Job Description
TES is seeking a Job Coach to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to succeed in the workplace. The role involves coaching students/clients, assisting with transportation, teaching job skills, and data collection. Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience or knowledge supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Valid Ohio driver’s license + auto insurance
- Current CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to transport clients
- Flexible schedule including some weekends
