Requirements
- A&P License (Airframe & Powerplant) under 14 CFR Part 65
- Minimum 5-10 years of corporate aviation maintenance experience
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in aircraft maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting skills using calibrated testing equipment
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work varied hours based on operational demands
- Experience with Beechjet 400A / Hawker 800XP aircraft
