Lead Aircraft Mechanic

Lead Aircraft Mechanic position at a prominent private aviation charter industry leader, responsible for ensuring highest standard of safety and excellence, mentoring maintenance team, and maintaining state-of-the-art aircraft in full compliance with FAA standards.

Requirements

• A&P License (Airframe & Powerplant) under 14 CFR Part 65
• Minimum 5-10 years of corporate aviation maintenance experience
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in aircraft maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting skills using calibrated testing equipment
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work varied hours based on operational demands
• Experience with Beechjet 400A / Hawker 800XP aircraft
