Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with strong analytical, time management, and communication skills to join our team. The role focuses on the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry and debt settlement, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar licensure in New Jersey.
- At least 2 years of practicing experience, preferably in litigation.
- Strong background in litigation; experience in the MCA industry and debt settlement is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in-office Monday through Friday.
