We're looking for a Senior Financial Group Controller to join our team and take ownership of our reporting, forecasting, and cost transparency. The role involves providing clear insights that guide strategic decisions and supporting our international growth with reliable, data-driven financial steering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Reporting roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, PowerQuery, pivot tables, modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Business Central and/or SAP
- Strong understanding of financial statements and IFRS standards
- Ability to manage large data sets with precision and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts simply
