Job Description
Tomorrow.io is seeking a strategic, hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute talent acquisition efforts across multiple business, sites and technical functions. The role will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years as leader of in-house, full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- Talent sourcing expertise across multiple channels and markets
- Strong understanding and consistent use of AI and Automation tools
- Background in competency-based interview design and assessment
- Experience with data-driven hiring analytics (pipeline metrics, conversion rates, forecasting)
- Advanced proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting tools
