• 4+ years of experience in delivering software solutions for enterprise
• Strong experience leading teams to design and develop production-grade solutions in enterprise
• Strategic thinker and team leader
• Standard setter with high technical excellence standards
• AI translator with experience in explaining AI concepts to a variety of audiences
• Coach, mentor, and educator with a strong engineer-first mindset
• Innovation and thought leader with a proactive approach to staying current in AI
• Flexibility to travel to client offices up to three days a week depending on client/project
