Requirements

• Experience in working cross-functionally with internal teams
• Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Experience in onboarding, training, and guiding clients through product implementations.
